Sheetal Talati, a 22-year young woman entrepreneur took over the company Pushpa Industries after the death of her father. She was a born visionary, an entrepreneur, and one who believed that a woman is capable of becoming a successful professional in any industry. With the seamless efforts of Sheetal Talati, the manufacturing unit of Pushpa industries grew by 5.5 per cent.

Located in Mumbai, Pushpa Industries supplies components to leading manufacturers like Daikin, LG, Voltas, Hitachi, and many more. The coils manufactured at Pushpa industries were of high quality. They are used in many industries like petrochemicals, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, marine equipment, food processing units, medical equipment, and other industries.

Sheetal Talati believes that for a persistent woman it is easy to work in the manufacturing sector.
