Through his visionary outlook, accessibility, and rich experience of over 35 years in the manufacturing industry, the company has become a respected supply chain partner for the supply of automotive components to leading Indian and global players. Today, the company has emerged as one of the largest flywheel manufacturers in Asia with a production capacity of more than six lakh pieces per annum and a quality rating of 330 ppm. Presently, the company serves customers in 73 countries across the globe and has a large network of distributors and channel partners.

The company hosts a large variety of products including flywheel assemblies, ring gears, brake rotors, brake drums and clutch components for OEM, Tier 1 and independent aftermarket trucks, trailers, buses, tractors, pickups, passenger cars and three-wheelers. Headquartered in Agra, it sells products under its well-established and most sought-after brands which include Luthra, RMOSS and FLYTECH. A large part of the company’s business is based on private labelling for various global brands.

The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread across 57000 square metres. It is a government recognized IATF 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 9001 company. The company produces high-quality products through its vertically integrated processes of melting, moulding, core manufacturing, casting, machining, gear manufacturing, heat treatment and corrugation for packing. It has a team of motivated engineers that add value by customising processes and systems. The team works closely with cutting-tool manufacturers in Taiwan, Korea, and China to develop products that meet the needs of quality-conscious customers.

Jaipreet Luthra, the next generation entrepreneur, heads the business development at Luthra Industrial Corporation. He started his career in 2009 as a production engineer from the ground up. After working and mastering the various machinery and process of the company, he moved on to sales and set up four more manufacturing units across India. With a dynamic experience of over ten years in the automotive sector, he has gone the extra mile to bring all necessary processes and part preparations under the company’s wings to control quality.

The company has been given the “Star Performer in Product Group Ferro Alloys for 2014-2015” and “Leading Engineering Organisation for 2018-2019” awards by the Government of India.
