Altron Cast Private Limited (www.altroncast.com) is a new firm established in May 2019 under the Managing Director and CEO Jitendra Kumar. He holds an experience of more than 25 years in setting up and running many aluminium die casting plants successfully. Prior to Altron, he was associated with a few big companies as plant head. Some of them were Pegasus Cast Alloy Ltd. in Pune, Enkai Cast Alloy Ltd., Rico Auto, JP Minda Group, and more. Under his leadership, these companies grew at escalated scale, starting many new, noticeable, and high-end projects.

At Altron Casting, the company works with the vision to provide an innovative solution for all current and future casting challenges of our automotive and non-automotive customers. The manufacturing system is a multi-step process here. Aluminium ingots or billets work as raw materials for dying and casting into different moulds. The metal is passed through various treatments to improve its properties. The manufactured products are inspected and quality-checked for performance before packaging as per the customers’ requirements.
Kumar proudly boasts of using the latest and modern and imported equipment for the entire production work. He keeps up-to-date with the market and the technology used by various casting companies. He has been an active member of IIF, Alu-cast, and GTech. He has also attended many leadership and skill development program including six sigma, lean manufacturing, and training through JIPM (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and TPM implementation).
