Mr. Rajinder Paul Verma is an Ex-Indian Air Force Veteran. He has an extremely appreciable experience of twenty-one years. His contribution as a remarkable fighter in both the Indo-Pak wars is breath-taking. His persistence and dedication didn’t go unnoticed and won him quite a few honourable laurels and manifestos like Samar Seva Medal, Paschim Star, Raksha Medal, Sangram Medal & Long Service & Good Conduct Medal.
The new phase in his life began when he took his voluntary retirement in early 1984 from the Air Force. He is a qualified Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineer who has a great deal of experience while working on MIG-21, GNAT, Vampire N.F.10 Fighter Aircraft. His efficiency levels have always been astounding, and he was not the person to sit idle.
With hard work as his strength and experience as his tool, he carved out the inception of the Royal Polymers in 1995. He was the proprietor of this enterprise with a single 80-ton moulding machine at the very beginning. Before that, between 1984 to 1995, for his bread and butter, he operated a Mother Dairy Milk Kiosk which was provided to every ex-serviceman to get settled in life. This helped him tide over those challenging times.

With such an enthusiast being the Managing Director of the Company, it was as if success was the only way! Thus, RPPL is today at the leading edge of the plastics industry. The quality and timeliness worked as the perfect adhesive, sticking with him bringing in new customers. The old customers stuck along as well.
Foresightedness and visions are his armour. Mr. Rajinder Paul Verma proves this repeatedly. He set forward yet another milestone in his success timeline by converting Royal Polymers to a private limited organization and hence reigning RPPL (www.royalplastocraft.com). Ever since RPPL has touched unfathomable heights and has never looked back. It has grown into a humongous estate of 45,000 sq. Ft. shop floor area in Bahadurgarh Industrial Estate. Adding to it, RPPL recently started their new unit at Ghiloth near Neemrana, Rajasthan with 1,60,000 sq.ft. shop floor area. Also, to mention here inspired by the thought of Honourable Prime Minister Modi of ATMNIRBHAR BHARAT they added Tool room facility inhouse to manufacture dies & moulds which were earlier imported from China. As of now they are equipped with 36 Injection Moulding machines ranging from 130 tons to 3000 tons and counting.
Mr. Rajinder Paul Verma is an inspiration to all!
