The journey of RST Booking Ltd. (www.rstbooking.com) is fresh, but the ideas behind it are ambition, goodwill, and the need to affect positive change. RST Booking started in 2019 in Bangalore as a private travel company with an eye on easing the problems faced by drivers, customers, and everyone else in the travel sector.
The brain behind this inspiring company was Mr Raghavendra. Having been in the travel and mobility sector for 14 years, Raghavendra knew the problems that were plaguing the drivers and the inconsistent driving experiences that the customers faced. He set out to fix those wrongs by establishing his travel agency.

He and his partner, Kavitha, went to great lengths to comprehensively understand the pain points and the opportunities to build their agency. They talked to many in the travel industry and closely followed the challenges drivers working for MNCs such as Ola and Uber faced. Raghavendra’s industry experience and proximity to drivers’ unions further made them believe that they can be the agents of change. They vowed to give their employees and customers enhanced and more meaningful experiences. Their services included cab services for the local public and various IT and BT industries.
The agency has since then grown leaps and bounds. They have released a ‘facilitator’ application that empowers drivers to progress in life and become successful entrepreneurs - just like Raghavendra and Kavitha. They also showcased their nous for being future-ready by developing two apps - Indian Taxis and My Taxi Cab - to ease the cab-hailing and customer-finding aspects of a cab journey.
Thanks to their proactive nature and entrepreneurial spirit, RST Booking has grown into one of the fondest companies in the travel sector - appreciated by both drivers and customers alike. They’ve set a benchmark in customer service and innovation.
